Architectural enhancements—including new windows, a grand marquee, Art Deco-inspired entry, and a dramatic barrel-ceiling interior—bring light, scale, and character to the space. Thoughtfully designed apartments feature high ceilings, layered lighting, and custom built-ins that maximize efficiency and comfort, while a restrained palette and modern finishes create a bright, refined, and livable environment.
