DOWNTOWN LOCATION

Project No. 3

The building owner envisioned a bold, highly visible rental space along the main street, while the future business owner brought a distinct interior aesthetic and brand identity. The architectural design reconciles these perspectives by unifying two existing buildings behind a continuous glass frontage, establishing a cohesive street presence and maximizing visibility.

Inside, architectural elements respond directly to the existing brickwork. Natural variations in ceiling height are leveraged to introduce color, define visual boundaries, and organize the interior program. The resulting design aligns ownership goals, brand expression, and architectural clarity into a single, functional environment.
